Meet Heath.

Crisis Management Consultant

“I faced my own crisis as a police officer following a deadly shooting and didn’t have the knowledge, tools, or institutional support I needed. I was dealing with PTSD and wasn’t even aware of it, but I (as well as my wife) knew something was wrong—seriously wrong.

Through research, study, years of counseling, and other self-help options, I was able to manage my PTSD. I also realized it doesn’t have to be this way for the next guy.

4Cite was created to help people avoid that kind of experience so they can take positive action during a crisis. I make sure you know what to do so the problems of today don’t turn into more problems down the road.”
