Compassion Fatigue Training

Because the Best
Care the Most.

We know how to overcome compassion fatigue because we’ve had to do it ourselves. Our experience with it goes well beyond knowing the dictionary definition. That’s why we’re able to help leaders and individuals recognize, manage, and recover from the natural toll of caring for others. It’s not a sign of weakness or apathy—it’s simply a natural response that is often overlooked and ignored, but we strive to change that.

Compassion fatigue training can be invaluable for professionals in caregiving, law enforcement, emergency response, counseling, social work, and other emotionally demanding roles.

Our Process

Keynote Presentation
Everyone has heard the term “compassion fatigue,” but what does it actually mean? What does it look like beyond what the internet says—how does it play out on YOUR particular team? We define terms so we take an often-misunderstood issue and turn it into something concrete that can be addressed.
Customized Implementation
There is no cookie-cutter solution for compassion fatigue. That’s why we sit down with team members and leaders to figure out not only if they are dealing with it, but what stage they might be in (early, mid, or advanced). From there, we can put together a coordinated program that provides some immediate relief while also safeguarding for the future.
Track Results
Compassion fatigue is inevitable in some professions, so it’s not a matter of fixing it forever, but rather managing it over time. How do you do that? We’ll show you! Specifically, we’ll instruct leaders on how to recognize it in their teams as well as empower individuals to see it in themselves and colleagues, allowing for timely action based on kindness.
